Well, first and most important thing first, the teaser meets the expectations, and now we move to the rest. The cut, the music, and the makeover are all neatly highlighted in the perfectly cut teaser.
The much-needed makeover for Ram Charan is here. The star plays a role that would be impossible to imagine a decade ago from a top star. The teaser does a great job of highlighting the character and showcasing glimpses of the entertainment that comes with it. The serious side is also hinted with the massy ending shot.
Basically, Rangasthalam shows everything that fans needed out of a makeover from their star and also get the regular audience excited at the same time. Sukumar deserves all the credit and Ram Charan for agreeing to do it. One only hopes, there are no nativity issues here and the overall feel remains that of a Telugu movie.
