After Kabali, Telugu Audience Shift Attention On To Jakkanna
The mixed talk generated on day 1 for ‘Kabali’ should have eased the fear and burden on many producers, heroes and directors who have got ready to hit their films in this week. We have two important films, ‘Jakkanna’ from Sunil and ‘Pelli Choopulu’ from producer Raj Kandukuri hitting the screens on July 29th that is this Friday.
In fact, ‘Kabali’ enjoyed a mountainous hype as Rajini is the biggest super star in India. According to the presupposed calculations made by media and trade sources, ‘Kabali’ thrashed every Indian record including the top most ones in Bollywood. However, problem lied in spreading of divided talk and revenues showed a sharp decline from Saturday. With weekend coming to a closure yesterday, all the film enthusiasts watched the movie and today will be the litmus test.
Trade circles are shifting the focus now on to ‘Jakkanna’ because Sunil took the film prestigiously, kept his blood and soul. Directed by Vamsi Krishna Akella and produced by Sudarshan Reddy, the hilarious entertainer has Mannara Chopra as heroine. Let us see, how good this ‘Jakkanna’ will provide a break for Sunil.
