Nandamuri Balakrishna is now coming with a Historical film Gauhamiputra Satakarni which is directed by Krish. This movie was going as per the plan of the makers until some rude rumors are out about this film in the Industry and on Internet. It is said that some visuals and few tunes in the Gauthamiputra Satakarni are inspired by the Bollywood’s Sanjay Leela Bansali epic historic romantic movie Bajirao Mastani. The director of this movie Krish reacted to such type of rumors and he got emotional and denied all those rumors about Copying of the film.
He stated his film Gauthamiputra Satakarni as the “Telugu Jathi Gouravam” which is said as Telugu Pride and he also cleared all the rumors that there is no way of connection for this film to the Bollywood film Bajirao Mastani. He also said that when a Telugu director is attempting to make a Telugus proud film and working hard for all the day, few other Telugus are trying to pull down and is unfair. This movie Gauthamiputra Satakarni is based on Satavahana ruler Satakarni and the Hindi movie Bajirao Mastani are about Bajirao, they both have different stories and they don’t match. He also said that copying the visuals from Bajirao Mastani is baseless for this film.
However, Krish reasoned that there is great hard work on the backside of the film without compromising and that is the reason for this film to wrap-up soon. The director also said that the people in this film worked for round the clock to make the film in record time, three teams for the visual works are working in three shifts to complete the film in the given time with high-quality visuals. He also said that to bring the authenticity to the movie, it is shot in the picturesque locales in the North Africa and also on the border of Russia where the Hollywood films were shot earlier.
