Gentleman Suffering With Negative Promotions!
Any film ready to hit the screens in a day or two, every producer and buyer would be happy and will-full to see the film in positive light. Right from beginning of early promotions till this time of one day before release, Nani ‘Gentleman’ is unable to recover from negative shaded publicity which should surely hinder the film from opening brightly.
Nani, the Natural Star gained a new commercial hero image with profit making ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ and ‘Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha’ while director Indraganti is panned by critics for a poorly, unwisely made ‘Bandipotu.’ What forced Nani to go with Indraganti now is unknown but ‘Gentleman’ promotional stuff released till now in all sorts of media is just pathetic. The main element of, is Nani a hero or villain as established in teasers and trailers has never gone well with public because we have watched such suspicious central characterizations on Shah Rukh Khan umpteen times. Tragically, the making is also outworn missing in contemporary, innovative look.
Adding fuel to fire, Nani is making contentious comments about the film. ‘I don’t know what will happen tomorrow? This film may not be a hit but I never repent for it because I believed in the story and script.’ When Nani being hero in film isn’t sanguine, how can he pull audience to theatres? All in all, ‘Gentleman’ isn’t enjoying good buzz like ‘Bhale Bhale’ or ‘Krishna Gaadi…’ Producer should rethink on where he has gone wrong?
